Starting from August 1, 2025, random inspection and testing will be carried out on some import and export commodities other than those subject to legal inspection in accordance with the law.

The scope of the spot-checked and inspected goods is shown in the attachment.

The spot-check and inspection work shall be carried out in accordance with the "Measures for the Spot-Check and Inspection of Import and Export Commodities" (promulgated by Order No. 39 of the former General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and revised in accordance with Order No. 263 of the General Administration of Customs).
Next, spot checks and inspections will be carried out on export commodities such as children's toys, lamps, low-voltage electrical appliances, and functional clothing.
